Training classes

We hold training classes to show employees how to do their jobs. With this approach, new employees are put into a seminar or class with an experienced trainer. The trainer goes over the basic processes of the business and shows the employee how to handle various situations. This could include instructional videos, computer programs and standardized tests.  The employees are also required to pass  tests on our automatic etraining system.

Etraining system-Online

Employees are instructed to attend training online periodically & be required to pass automatic tests. Bank of questionnaires automatically mixes questions to ensure training quality and measured by automatic reporting system.

Job Shadow

One of the most commonly used training systems for individuals at Spiral is job shadowing. With this method, managers team up a new employee with an employee who has been in the business for some time. The new employee simply follows the existing employee around and watches what he does. The existing employee tries to impart any knowledge that he has accumulated about how to effectively do the job. In this way, the new employee can see how the job works in person.

We also leave it up to the manager how to train new employees. When a new employee is hired, the manager will take him around and go over the basic job functions that s/he will be expected to fulfill. In some cases, the manager will let the employee start working and learn by doing. Managers have the ability to complete basic responsibilities and are sometimes the most qualified to show new employees how to be successful.

Further Development

Managers are constantly requested to continually improve the quality of work their employees produce. We emphasize on helping employees continue to improve. For example, we often offer a management training program or a mentor program with employees and trainees are asked to use regular role play to help improve how they handle situations. We also offer incentives for improved performance so that employees always strive to get better.
